I started working at ioet as an intern a year ago. ioet is my first work experience, so I was nervous about meeting expectations, however, since I worked here I have always had the support of coworkers, and with their help, I was able to improve, learn and take on new challenges and responsibilities.
ioet has a collaborative culture and is flexible with schedules without affecting other personal aspects, my teams were always flexible with my university schedules and it is something that I appreciate. There are many growth opportunities regardless of the role played. Currently, I help transmit the company culture to new members and I'm continuing to learn and grow.
